Position Title: On Air Creative Lead Lifestyle
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Department: Channel
Reports to: Channel Director Lifestyle
The On Air Creative Lead Lifestyle will be developing the most engaging and effective local expression of the Discovery lifestyle portfolio with a view improving relevance with audience, affiliates and advertisers for the lifestyle portfolio (TLC, ID, Animal Planet) in Central Europe.
We are looking for a person with On Air Creative knowledge and experience in multinational (Pan-European) business and experience in managing internal customer relationships in the Media Industry.
The advantage will be a bachelor’s degree (in related area) and a very good Project Management experience within a large organization. Also we are looking for an out of the box thinking with strong creative skills. He/She should be able to work in a matrixed environment and demonstrate results to multiple stakeholders
It is expected that On Air Creative Lead will be brand guardian, able to manage complex portfolios and will know how to move audiences from one brand to another but collectively grow them overall.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with Channel Director, Lifestyle and Creative Director CEEMEA to develop a creative strategy that delivers the most visually compelling and locally relevant expressions of the brands on air and supports business goals
• Manage local production agencies - to execute on the creative strategy ensuring an integrated approach with all marketing and commercial functions, including
– On air promotions
– Continuity
– Short-form productions
– Trade and consumer marketing
– PR
• Set up all processes for briefing, prioritization, ideation and execution
• Work closely with Production Executive and Director On Air Production to maximize budget
• Work with other creative hubs across CEEMEA to maximize sharing opportunities and exploit economies of scale
• Work with media planning to ensure that the use of on air time is most efficient and effective
• Work with corporate centre and Channel Director to develop new channel propositions where relevant
• Work with Brand Partnership team to support commercial deals
• Work closely with CEN research team to ensure all activities are based on customer insights and market realities
• Develop synergies and best practices across CEEMEA in order to develop economies of scale and efficiency
Requirements:
• 3-5 years making On Air Promotions, with a track record of producing standout creative campaigns
• Superior organizational and people management skills
• Ability to develop a strategic approach to creative activities in order to achieve objectives
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Good team player
• Speaks fluent English
• Excellent, consistent, self-motivated follow through on every project.
• Love, strong believe and passion for our product.
